You pay only if we are successful. Fee is a share of year-1 base salary, due when the candidate starts.

Attribution. If Found With Care sourced the candidate, the success fee applies. If your team or another firm sourced them and we did not run the search, there is no Found With Care success fee — unless a separate engagement says otherwise.
